Provides for licensure of crane operators and apprentice crane operators by the Department of Professional Regulation. Creates the Crane Operators Licensing Fund for the deposit of moneys collected under the Act. Amends the State Finance Act to create the Crane Operators Licensing Fund as a special fund in the State Treasury.
