        Amends "An Act making appropriations", Public Act 92-8. Increases      
   by $5,000,000 the appropriation to the Department of Public Health for      
   AIDS/HIV education, drugs, services, counseling, testing, referral and      
   partner notification, and patient and worker notification under Public      
   Act 87-763. Effective immediately.
