(RAUSCHENBERGER-CRONIN-BURZYNSKI)

        Appropriates $1 from the General Revenue Fund to the State  Board      
   of  Education  for  its  ordinary and contingent expenses.   Effective      
   July 1, 2001.                                                               
        SENATE AMENDMENT No. 2.                                                
        Deletes everything. Amends Public Act 92-538. Increases the            
   FY03 appropriation for General State Aid under the School Code.             
   Effective immediately.
