KRAUSE-MULLIGAN-HOLBROOK-REITZ.

   215 ILCS 105/2            from Ch. 73, par. 1302                            
   215 ILCS 105/15                                                             

        Amends the Comprehensive Health  Insurance  Plan  Act.   Provides      
   that  with  respect  to  federally  eligible  individuals,  creditable      
   coverage  does  not  include  coverage  that  occurs before a break in      
   coverage  of  more  than  90,  rather  than   63,   days.    Effective      
   immediately.                                                                
        HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                 
        Amends the Comprehensive Health  Insurance  Plan  Act.   Provides      
   that  a federally eligible individual is not deemed ineligible because      
   the individual is eligible for coverage under part  A  or  part  B  of      
   Medicare if the eligibility for Medicare is not due to age.
