Requires that the request shall also state the purpose for which disclosure is sought. Provides that a violation is a Class A misdemeanor. Effective immediately. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Further amends the Abused and Neglected Long Term Care Facility Residents Reporting Act. Provides that certain Sections regarding the Inspector General and the Quality Care Board shall be repealed on January 1, 2004.
