DELGADO. 105 ILCS 5/34-2.3 from Ch. 122, par. 34-2.3 105 ILCS 5/34-2.3b Amends the Article of the School Code concerning the Chicago school district. Changes the topics that local school council training must cover. Provides that there must be an opportunity for a hearing before the Chicago Board of Education declares vacant the office of a local school council member who fails to complete a 3-day training program within 6 months of taking office, and provides that the local school council member must unreasonably fail to complete the training program. Makes changes concerning the provision and completion of training. Effective immediately.
