   50 ILCS 40/1              from Ch. 24, par. 1361                            

        Amends the Foreign Trade Zones Act.  Provides that more than  one      
   trade  zone  may  be created in an area consisting of 2 counties, each      
   with over 200,000 population and each bordering the Mississippi River.      
   Effective immediately.
