LYONS,JOSEPH. 625 ILCS 5/11-1305 from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-1305 Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that a vehicle owner-lessor notified of a parking violation involving that vehicle remains liable for the violation even after informing the notifying authority in writing of the name and address of the lessee of the vehicle at the time of the violation.
