   520 ILCS 5/2.26           from Ch. 61, par. 2.26                            

        Amends the Wildlife Code.  Provides that there shall be no charge      
   for deer hunting permits issued by the Department of Natural Resources      
   to members of a limited liability company for the purpose of  allowing      
   them  to  hunt  only on land owned by the limited liability company in      
   the county where issued.  Further provides that one  permit  shall  be      
   issued  for  every 40 acres owned by the limited liability company and      
   that not more than 15 permits may be issued without charge to a single      
   limited liability company. Effective immediately.                           
        HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                 
        Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Wildlife      
   Code.  Provides that there shall be no charge for deer hunting permits      
   issued by the Department of Natural  Resources  to  bona  fide  equity      
   shareholders of a corporation or bona fide equity members of a limited      
   liability  company  (now,  to  shareholders  of a corporation) for the      
   purpose of allowing them to hunt only on land owned by the corporation      
   or limited liability company  in  the  county  where  issued.  Further      
   provides  that  one permit shall be issued for every 40 acres owned by      
   the corporation or limited liability company and that not more than 15      
   permits may be issued  without  charge  to  a  single  corporation  or      
   limited liability company. Effective immediately.
