SCOTT. 735 ILCS 5/2-1101 from Ch. 110, par. 2-1101 Amends the Code of Civil Procedure. Provides that when there is a conflict between a subpoenaed expert witness and the subpoenaing party about witness fees, the court, after determining a reasonable fee, shall order payment by the subpoenaing party.
