HOLBROOK. 35 ILCS 200/21-105 35 ILCS 200/21-440 35 ILCS 200/22-15 Amends the Property Tax Code. In provisions authorizing the county board to institute a civil action for the whole amount due for taxes and special assessments on the delinquent or forfeited property after final judgement and order of sale against the delinquent property has been entered, provides that the county board institutes the action as trustee for all taxing districts having an interest in the property's taxes or special assessments.
