 1                       SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 1
 2        RESOLVED, BY THE  SENATE  OF  THE  NINETY-SECOND  GENERAL
 3    ASSEMBLY  OF  THE  STATE  OF  ILLINOIS,  AT THE FIRST SPECIAL
 4    SESSION THEREOF, that  the  Secretary  inform  the  House  of
 5    Representatives  that a majority of the members of the Senate
 6    has assembled pursuant to the proclamation  of  the  Governor
 7    convening  a special session of the General Assembly, and are
 8    now ready for the transaction of business.
