1 AN ACT making appropriations to the Court of Claims.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The following named amounts, or so much
5 thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated
6 to the Court of Claims for its ordinary and contingent
7 expenses:
8 CLAIMS ADJUDICATION
9 Payable from the General Revenue Fund:
10 For Personal Services........................... $ 935,300
11 For State Contribution to State
12 Employees' Retirement System................ 93,900
13 For Employee Retirement Contributions
14 Paid by Employer............................ 37,400
15 For State Contribution to Social
16 Security.................................... 71,500
17 For Contractual Services........................ 33,200
18 For Travel...................................... 12,200
19 For Commodities................................. 7,500
20 For Printing.................................... 3,500
21 For Equipment................................... 5,200
22 For Telecommunications Services................. 5,500
23 For Reimbursement for Incidental
24 Expenses Incurred by Judges................... 35,300
25 Total $1,240,500
26 Section 10. The amount of $228,800, or so much thereof
27 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Court of Claims
28 Administration and Grant Fund to the Court of Claims for
29 administrative expenses under the Crime Victims Compensation
30 Act.

20 Total $36,775,000
21 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
22 1, 2001.
