1 AN ACT relating to environmental safety.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Household Hazardous Waste Collection
5 Program Act is amended by changing Section 7 as follows:
6 (415 ILCS 90/7) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 991-7)
7 Sec. 7. Evaluation and report. The Agency shall submit
8 to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before January
9 1, 1995, a report evaluating the effectiveness of the
10 programs provided under this Act including all of the
11 following:
12 (1) An assessment of the need for a continuation of
13 existing programs.
14 (2) The need for the development and implementation
15 of new programs, including appropriate funding
16 mechanisms.
17 (3) Any legislative and administrative action
18 necessary to fully implement a comprehensive household
19 hazardous waste management program in this State
20 Illinois.
