1 AN ACT concerning appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. "AN ACT making appropriations and
5 reappropriations", Public Act 91-706, approved May 17, 2000,
6 is amended by changing Section 1151 of Article 75 as follows:
7 (P.A. 91-0706, Art. 75, Sec. 1151)
8 Sec. 1151. The sum of $110,000, or so much thereof as
9 may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of
10 business on June 30, 2000, from an appropriation heretofore
11 made in Article 16, Section 1221 of Public Act 91-20,
12 approved June 7, 1999, as amended, is reappropriated from the
13 Fund for Illinois' Future to the Department of Commerce and
14 Community Affairs for a grant to the Department of Human
15 Services for the Community Mental Health Council for training
16 State of Illinois employees on violence prevention.

18 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
19 becoming law.
