1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5649
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 5649 as follows:
3 on page 1, by replacing lines 12 through 14 with the
4 following:
5 "transmits information about cannabis by the Internet to a
6 specific individual with the intent that the information will
7 be used by that individual in furtherance of illegal
8 activity."; and
9 on page 2, by replacing lines 16 and 17 with the following:
10 "the Internet to a specific individual with the intent that
11 the information will be used by that individual in
12 furtherance of illegal activity.".
