1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3583
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3583 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:
4 "Section 5. The Legislative Commission Reorganization
5 Act of 1984 is amended by changing Section 9-1 as follows:
6 (25 ILCS 130/9-1) (from Ch. 63, par. 1009-1)
7 Sec. 9-1. The Legislative Printing Unit is hereby
8 established as a legislative support services agency. The
9 Legislative Printing Unit is subject to the provisions of
10 this Act, and shall exercise the powers and duties delegated
11 to it herein and any such other functions that as may be
12 provided by law.
