1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2427
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2427 as follows:
3 on page 1, line 10, by deleting "or for damages, or"; and
4 on page 1, line 11, by deleting "both,"; and
5 on page 2, by replacing lines 17 and 18 with the following:
6 "(d) The court may award reasonable attorney's fees as
7 follows:
8 (i) to the petitioner, if the petitioner is the
9 prevailing party; or
10 (ii) to the respondent, if the respondent is the
11 prevailing party and if the court determines that the
12 petition is frivolous in nature.".
