2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1812 as follows:
3 on page 6, by replacing lines 28 through 30 with the
4 following:
5 "furtherance of the activities of an organized gang. For the
6 purposes of this subsection,"; and
7 on page 13, by replacing lines 24 and 25 with the following:
8 "activities of an organized gang."; and
9 on page 16, by replacing lines 32 and 33 with the following:

11 on page 19, by replacing lines 14 and 15 with the following:
12 "activities of an organized gang. For the"; and
13 on page 19, by deleting line 33; and
14 by deleting all of pages 20 through 23.
