1 AN ACT concerning agriculture.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Fertilizer Act of 1961 is
5 amended by changing Section 13 as follows:
6 (505 ILCS 80/13) (from Ch. 5, par. 55.13)
7 Sec. 13. Publications.
8 The Director must shall publish at least semi-annually
9 and in such forms as he may deem proper:
10 (a) Information concerning the distribution of
11 commercial fertilizers and custom mixes by counties.
12 (b) Results of analysis based on official samples of
13 commercial fertilizers and custom mixes distributed within
14 the state as compared with the analysis guaranteed under
15 Sections 4 and 5.
