1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 482
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 482, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to the page and line numbers of House
4 Amendment No. 1, on page 5, line 31, by inserting after the
5 period the following:
6 "This subsection (d) does not apply to a federally licensed
7 firearm dealer whose primary place of business is located in
8 another state."; and
9 on page 10, by replacing lines 23 through 27 with the
10 following:
11 "accoutrements. This Section is a denial and limitation of
12 home rule powers and functions under subsection (h) of
13 Section 6 of Article VII of the Illinois Constitution.".
