1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 445
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 445, on page 6, by
3 replacing lines 6 through 13 with the following:
4 "(e) Any person who has alcoholic liquor in his or her
5 possession on public school district property on school days
6 or at events when children are present is guilty of a petty
7 offense, unless the alcoholic liquor (i) is in the original
8 container with the seal unbroken and is in the possession of
9 a person who is not otherwise legally prohibited from
10 possessing the alcoholic liquor or (ii) is in the possession
11 of a person in or for the performance of a religious service
12 or ceremony authorized by the school board.".
