1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 215
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 215, on page 1, on
3 line 28, by replacing "$25" with "$19"; and
4 on page 1, line 30, immediately after the period, by
5 inserting the following:
6 "Beginning on January 1, 2003, and through January 1, 2007,
7 the maximum fee that a county board may authorize shall
8 increase by $1 each year."
