Short description: 
JUV CT-CD CORR-PROBATION-MINOR                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Juvenile Court Act of 1987 and  the  Unified  Code  of      
   Corrections.  Provides  that  a  minor  who  is placed on probation or      
   supervision, as a condition of that probation or supervision,  may  be      
   required  to  attend  an  educational program at a facility other than      
   where the offense was committed if  the  minor  was  convicted  of  or      
   placed  on supervision for a crime of violence as defined in the Crime      
   Victims Compensation Act and the offense was committed in a school, on      
   the real property comprising a school, or within 1,000 feet of the          
   real property comprising a school.
