Requires meetings of the State Government Building Safety Commission to be open to the public, except when the Commission is considering matters relating directly to the safety of the public that could jeopardize or pose a security breach. Requires certain reports and written materials submitted to the Commission to be kept confidential. Provides that the Commission shall receive assistance from those agencies that it deems appropriate.
