Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Violence Prevention Act to add the  Secretary      
   of State and the Director of the Administrative Office of the Illinois      
   Courts  (or  their  designees)  to  the  Authority created by the Act.      
   Effective immediately.
