EPA ACT-CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS                                                

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Environmental Protection Act.  Provides  that  certain      
   provisions  concerning the generation, transportation, or recycling of      
   construction  debris   or   uncontaminated   soil   generated   during      
   construction,   remodeling,   repair,   and   demolition  without  the      
   maintenance of certain documentation do not apply  to  municipalities,      
   other  than  municipalities  with  a  population  of  at least 500,000      
   inhabitants, counties, and townships.
