Provides that any truck used exclusively for the collection of garbage, refuse, or recyclable material may stop or stand on the road in a business or residential district for the sole purpose of collecting garbage, refuse, or recyclable material. The vehicle must have its hazard lights and its amber oscillating, rotating, or flashing light or lights lighted while stopping or standing. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1.
