Authorizes the establishment and licensing of an Alzheimer's disease management center as an alternative health care delivery model to provide care for persons diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. Effective immediately. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Adds reference to: 210 ILCS 45/1-113 from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 4151-113 210 ILCS 85/3 from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 144 Limits the Alzheimer's disease management center alternative health care model to 100 residents. Requires staff to have necessary training. Exempts Alzheimer's disease management center alternative health care models from the scope of the Nursing Home Care Act and the Hospital Licensing Act.
