PATIENT RIGHTS-INFECTIONS                                                  

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Medical Patient Rights Act.  Requires that health care      
   facilities provide patients and the general  public  with  information      
   about  the  number  of  patient deaths in their institutions caused by      
   iatrogenic infections.  Defines iatrogenic infection.
