In the Section concerning gender equity in intercollegiate athletics, removes the provision repealing the Section on December 31, 2000. Changes when the Board of Higher Education has to report to the General Assembly and the Governor with a description of the plans submitted by public institutions of higher education relative to attainment of gender equity in intercollegiate sports to every 3 years, on or before the second Wednesday of April, beginning in 2002 (from every 2 years, on or before the second Wednesday of December, beginning in 1995).
