Provides that the manner of seizing and forfeiting child pornography and equipment used to depict or disseminate child pornography is as provided in the specific forfeiture statute for that purpose (rather than the procedures for seizing or forfeiting vessels, vehicles, and aircraft). Includes a computer maintenance or repair person in the category of those who must report child pornography to peace officers. Effective immediately.
