Short description: CRIM CD-UNLAWFUL WEAPONS Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Amends the Criminal Code of 1961 relating to certain violations relating to the unlawful use of weapons involving carrying concealed firearms or carrying firearms in a vehicle or on public ways within municipalities. Provides that each arrest, prosecution, and conviction for any of the offenses must be race neutral and shall be reviewed by the Attorney General to ensure that they are race neutral. Effective immediately.
