Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Gasoline Storage Act.  Provides that a municipality or      
   other political subdivision  may  adopt  and  enforce  ordinances  and      
   regulations  that are more stringent than the rules and regulations of      
   the Office of the State Fire Marshal with respect to  the  removal  of      
   underground storage tanks.
