SCH CD-SOCIAL WORK SERVICES                                                

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Children with Disabilities Article of the School Code.      
   Provides that school social work services  may  include  assisting  in      
   completing a functional behavioral assessment, as well as assisting in      
   the   development  of  positive  behavioral  intervention  strategies.      
   Effective immediately.
