VEH CD-BOAT TRAILERS-TITLES                                                

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code.  Provides that a certificate of      
   title is not required for a boat trailer with a purchase price of less      
   than $250. Provides that a boat trailer exempt from the certificate of      
   title requirement is still subject to registration requirements.
