DISSOLUTION-ATTACHMENT-NOTICE                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Marriage and  Dissolution  of  Marriage  Act.      
   Provides  that,  if  an attachment order has issued to take an obligor      
   into custody, law enforcement officers may not notify the  obligor  of      
   the existence of the order before the order is executed.
