Provides that if a person is charged with criminal sexual assault, aggravated criminal sexual assault, or predatory criminal sexual assault of a child and the victim requests it, the prosecuting attorney must seek a court order requiring that the defendant be tested for all sexually transmissible diseases (instead of just HIV). Effective immediately.
