Provides that a person convicted of driving while his or her license or permit was revoked or suspended for DUI or a statutory summary suspension is guilty of a Class 3 felony (rather than a Class 4 felony) for a third offense and a Class 2 felony (rather than a Class 4 felony) for a fourth or subsequent offense.
