Provides that moneys in the Illinois Fire Fighters' Memorial Fund shall, subject to appropriation by the General Assembly and approval by the Secretary, be used for maintaining the Illinois Fire Fighters' Memorial, for holding an annual memorial commemoration, and for providing scholarships to children of fire fighters killed in the line of duty.
