Authorizes issuance of $100,000,000 of general obligation bonds to be deposited in the Grade Crossing Protection Fund for use by the Department of Transportation for railroad grade crossing projects. Requires transfers from the Grade Crossing Protection Fund, supplied by the Motor Fuel Tax Fund, to the General Obligation Bond Retirement and Interest Fund for repayment of those bonds. Effective immediately.
