Provides that it is the duty of the Department to give notice that a grain dealer has ceased doing business without a successor. Requires persons who print price later contracts to register with the Department and pay an annual $100 registration fee to the Department. Requires persons who print warehouse receipts to register with the Department and pay an annual $100 registration fee to the Department. Makes technical corrections. Effective immediately.
