INC TX-INTEREST-REFUND-CREDIT                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act.  Provides that the Department      
   of Revenue must pay interest at the rate and in the  manner  specified      
   in  the  Uniform  Penalty  and  Interest  Act  on refunds and credits.      
   Effective immediately.
