Provides that a statutory summary suspension of driving privilages due to alcohol or other drugs that is rescinded by the court shall be void as of the effective date of the suspension. Provides that a statutory summary suspension of driving privileges due to alcohol or other drugs shall terminate at the conclusion of the period set out in the Code. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Deletes reference to: 625 ILCS 5/2-118.1 Deletes everything. Reinserts the bill as introduced except that it removes the provision that a statutory summary suspension of driving privileges due to alcohol or other drugs that is rescinded by the court shall be void as of the effective date of the suspension.
