In provisions allowing Doctors of Medicine and Doctors of Dentistry to charge for health care professional services rendered in connection with a University health care program at the University of Illinois Hospital or elsewhere (instead of the University or University Hospital charging for the services), also allows other health care professionals to charge for those services. Effective immediately.
