Includes in the definitions of (i) involuntary manslaughter and (ii) reckless homicide of an unborn child, the unintentional killing of an individual or unborn child without lawful justification by the operation of a snowmobile, all-terrain vehicle, or watercraft (now the offenses are limited to the reckless driving of a motor vehicle).
