Provides that hospitals shall not charge more than a $15 handling fee and 35 cents per page for copies of a patient's medical records made on a standard commercial photocopy machine. Provides that hospitals may charge for the reasonable cost of duplication of materials that cannot be copied or duplicated on a standard commercial photocopy machine. Effective immediately.
