Provides that a school that uses broadcast application of pesticides shall comply with certain notice provisions. Effective August 15, 1999. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Deletes reference to: 415 ILCS 60/8.1 new Adds reference to: 415 ILCS 65/3 from Ch. 5, par. 853 Deletes everything. Amends the Lawn Care Products Application and Notice Act. Inserts notices provisions similar to those originally added to the Illinois Pesticide Act. Adds an immediate effective date. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 2. Deletes all substantive provisions.
