Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Counties Code and Illinois Municipal  Code  concerning      
   the  hotel  operators' occupation taxes.  Mandates that the county and      
   municipality use the tax  revenue  to  promote,  among  other  things,      
   economic development.
