Short description: 
HYPODERMIC SYRINGE ACT-REPEAL                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Repeals the Hypodermic Syringes  and  Needles  Act.   Amends  the      
   Unified  Code  of  Corrections  to  limit  HIV  testing  of defendants      
   convicted of a violation of the Hypodermic Syringes and Needles Act to      
   those who committed a violation of that Act before the date  that  Act      
   is repealed.
